So I failed at 8 days of posts… but I think 7 days of posts is pretty good… right?
Anyway, here we are on Weds, and I have to say there was something freeing about posting more often. I felt that I was telling a story quicker. For exmaple, the journey of God descending into Hell felt to me like it went on FOREVER even though it was just a month of strips. The lead up to the CHET AGENT bit that’s going to be going on here for a week or so, only took ONE WEEK to get through.
I think whenever I have a distinct story idea, I might do a week of strips. I get to get to the meat of it so much quicker. It’s really nice.

I love ExMaples. 🙂 Your story arcs dont seem to run on forever from my perspective. I can only think of maybe one arc that I felt dragged on a bit, but even that wasn’t too bad. But, that said, your sense of humor lends itself to quick in and out gags – ahem – so the mini-arcs are good for that.
One problem with your plan for major story ideas J. When you don’t have a big story idea, you don’t have any slack because the strips for the big story have all been posted quickly. By drip-feeding the big stories you have more time to think of what comes afterwards. But hey – I’m all for lots of IHL in a hurry.
