See, I told you Loki is back.
Also, I hemmed about how I was going to introduce Freya. She was one of the big name Norse I hadn’t touched, and she was one that I felt needed to be perfect. Given the style of the Norse characters, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to make her both badass and feminine.
I think I got it. I stared at it on my screen, in that phase where I will either stop working or tweak for 2 hours and maybe make one or two minor changes that actually stick. She was as perfect as I’ll ever be able to get her.

ps – a Thank you to Bill for correcting a major stupid on my part in remembering who is related to whom in Norse mythos.
Not sure where my bet is on the rest of it, but I foresee opera-style Valkyrie chest armor on her, heh. You want “badass and feminine”, that’s the Valkyrie, right there. And few Norse armaments are more famous than theirs …
