Ok, so we’re one new strip on the new site. I’m sitting here typing in the new blog typey thing, which I’m not a HUGE fan of only because it inserts it’s own linefeeds. If you’ve ever been in a typing program that whenever you hit enter it actually jumped to a new paragraph… THAT’S what I’m talking about. Totally unimportant.
Anyway, I want to thank all of the great compliments I’ve gotten on the new site layout and the comment section. You guys are fantastic and it’s so great to have a new way of hearing what you all think of the strips. Good or bad, because the Dot knows that henceforth any damned spelling mistake I make will be cemented in comment heaven forever.
Plus, all you RSS readers now get to see everything I say. I’d love for you folks to email me and let me know if you like the new system too. There are still minor bugs I’m fixing (I know the ARCHIVE button doesn’t work exceptionally well just yet), but all in due time.
Finally, I want to throw out a thanks to http://www.cow-man.com/ for posting a VERY nice review of the strip. Appreciated immensely.
Last thing before I go – I’m tossed on whether I should add my old blogs to the strips? It’s a bit of time to do it, but I’m not sure if you guys would even want them. Let me know via email as to whether I should put the old blog comments back, so you can look back on things I’ve whined about.. I’ll do it if anybody besides myself gives a crap.

Oh, I know what you mean about the linefeeds! My hotmail does it… and I’ve been trying to work out how to change it for years. I’m obviously missing something really obvious, I guess.
If we comment over in the rss feed (as an lj post), will you receive notification/it/whatever? Cos, that’s why I came all the way over here. it was a long way you know, and I was up all night talking to your pal.
It would be cool for new readers who went through the archives to see your old blogs, because it makes it feel more complete. it makes you look real ^_^ I give a crap!
I would LOVE have the old blogs. It’s the history of the strip. LOVELOVELOVE the new page! Awesome work!
It’s good to see the ol’ ComicPress working for you. I need to get it to play nice with my server, and I’ll be all over it shortly.

I love the new layout and the ability to comment. And I’d love it if the older comics had the blogs. i am another who gives a crap. I know, I know we’re supposed to e-mail you and admit to giving a crap and I swear I will. Finally I may be slow today (a real possibility cuz the phone would not stop ringing while I was trying to sleep) but I don’t get the joke. it’s probably me and I’ve laughed my butt off at all the other strips so keep up the awesome work.
