Hey all – sorry for the day lateness. I spent the whole weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday. That’s still weird to type.

Anyway, time to talk one or two things.
1 – THIS SUNDAY! Come to the New York Comic Con and see me hanging over at Big Kev’s Geek Stuff table! I’ll have books and a special print for the show. Supplies are limited. Mostly because I don’t have a lot of printer ink. =)

2 – The AMAZON ADVERT to the left. I ditched the Rifftrax one because their system just didn’t seem to want to pay me. I don’t know if it was my fault or theirs, but there was a problem with it, so I ditched it. The Amazony one though is awesome, so I’m going to ask you a favor… when you are going to go to Amazon, go through that link. You don’t have to buy the things I suggest (I handpicked the stuff in there with what I’ve been watching, reading, playing lately) but just by going through that link, it helps me out. Seriously. If ONE of you goes through my link and then goes Christmas shopping – you did more for me than most of the advertising I’ve paid for has. Weird, huh?

That’s it for now. More later, but let me just say that some people/comic creators/etc feel that talking about the advertising and monetization of their site to be rude or out of place. Asking for a ‘CLICK ME’ type of thing, etc. I’m being honest when I tell you that I do that because I want you guys completely a part of the site. I’ve tried to be (with one or two exceptions) completely open about how IHL runs and the guy (ahem, me) who runs it.

The reason, and I’ve explained it before, is that you guys are this site. If there weren’t people that gave a shit about my darling little dots, I might have packed it in a long time ago. As fans, whether it is of me or IHL, I feel there is a certain right to transparency.

I’m aware that IHL is never going to pay for my lifestyles, as extravagant as they are, but if I could get it to a certain point.. I’d LOVE to be able to do more and spend more time on it.

K – enough Monday morning prattling. Time to get back to the 8 hour grind..
