Who said that IHL can’t be born from real life?

I mean, a lot of webcomics out there are autobiographical, or at least are dealing with real people… so it’s not hard to put real situations in them. It’s hard to do it with IHL since we’re dealing with the deific.

This though, was born from me being asked by a friend asking what the white sploch on Poseidon was. To which I thought, ‘Holy crap, how wacky can you be?! He’s a bleedin’ bubble!’ This had never occurred to her. So, in turn I went and asked another friend, who also had NO IDEA!

Remember when I was discussing adding polls? This is exactly the question I was going to be asking. Now you know. =P Any other IHL questions you have?

   I always thought of all of them as orb-esque.

   I’m with Bunny - I always conceived them as being 3D characters, caught in a 2D strip. I also just thought Po was “shiny”, whereas all the other characters are more matte.

   …The blue thing got me at first, because bubbles are clear/iridescent, but it makes sense. He’s Poseidon for Gods’ sake!
