Ok - so Sunday came a little late this week, but I haven’t been home in a day or two… home being a subjective term, but that’s not the point of this post. It seems that here at strip 450 I should make some new speech about how much I appreciate every single last one of you folks. I do. The ones that post. The ones that don’t.
I thank you and love you individually. There was a small period of time that I was considering presenting IHL to a site that (if accepted) would have allowed my viewership to jump up literally a couple tens of thousand. I admittedly would have had to hand the ownership of IHL to someone else for a contracted period of time, and would have not been able to post anything for that period. It was tempting, but I couldn’t. I just couldn’t. I’m not saying that I will not be considering writing something else for this program, but I couldn’t give anyone IHL.. even for 6 months. Mainly because I felt like I would be selling you guys out. No, don’t post ‘WE WOULD HAVE STAYED’ - I know you would have, but I’ve made IHL a part of my life. Three times a week at the very least I’m sitting in front of my computer and working on the world of the dots.
I admittedly think that stopping that flow might ruin my entire universe. Like gears meshing together and destroy me… The fact that I had to take my first ever hiatus of two strips made me crazy.
So now that we are 50 away from the HUGE number of 500 - I will be making a major update to the tattoo page and be talking more about the ‘OH MY DOT’ concept. We’re going to stop this from being an idea… and I think it’s time to start a Dot-Movement.

Yay and wow for Chris! And I was thinking on the whole Dot thing. You know we need a hand gesture. Sorta like the cross people sign on their body. ‘Spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch’ to quote Austin Powers. And all I can think of is drawing a big circle and then I think of Mars Attacks! and then I start humming Tom Jones….. And hey while I may not know you well enough to be mushy I can say that IHL and your blog/comment thingy brightens my existence.

Livevil: On an amusing aside, I do the ’spectacles testicles wallet & watch’ every morning to make sure I have my glasses, my money, my ipod, and my wallet. And I’m glad I brighten your day just a lil.

I finally finished the entire archive (as I tend to do when feeling out a comic that’s new to me).
