Thank you all for the comments to Sun/Monday’s strip. Glad to know you guys are still onboard. All had been quiet, and I’m glad to know it’s silent approval. Hell, even if it’s silent abuse, at least I know you are there.

Hey, James, I don’t know if you ever saw this joke, but I immediately thought of you:
An engineer died and was sent to Hell. Once he got there he decided he didn’t like it much, so he went around complaining. “It’s too hot down here, there’s no plumbing and no easy way to get around!”
So before anyone knew it, the engineer had things up and running to his liking; flushing toilets, running water, air conditioning, escalators…the works! All of a sudden Hell wasn’t such a bad place.
After a bit, God noticed this and gave the Devil a call. God said “Hey Devil, how’s things going down there?” The Devil said “Well God, things are great! We’ve got plumbing, air conditioning, escalators, you name it! People are really enjoying it.” God said “Well how’d that happen? That’s not the deal.” The Devil replied “An engineer got sent down here, he decided he didn’t like things and started making improvements.”
God said “Well that’s not right, I want that engineer back. Hell is supposed to be miserable. Send that engineer up here, to me.” The Devil laughed a little and said “OH no, we’re keeping him.” God said “Well fine, keep him. I’ll sue.” The Devil laughed harder and said “You’ll sue?? And just where do you expect to find a lawyer?”
This strip made me intensely happy! The idea of them playing zombie just send little bursts of happiness through me. Actually, this was meant to just say that I really love the comic and thanks for keeping it going!

I truly hope that this is a reflection of things to come. A zombie war would be rather awesome! This comic just keeps getting better and better!

OK, James, I’ve already got the drinking game lined up:
1) for every Evil Dead or Army of Darkness reference – drink
2) for every Evil Dead or Army of Darkness quote – chug
3) if one of the gods actually shows up as Ash – 3 drinks
4) For the mayhem that will happen when one of the Devilettes gets a hold of the chainsaw – drink heavily
5) erm…
OK, I didn’t say the drinking game rules are complete…but I’m working on them.

Haha. I loved this strip. The idea of God and Devil just sitting in their respective chairs and watching zombies and defenders go at it puts a grin on my face.
